FAQs

  • Yes, we have an apartment on site that family members or friends can rent for a small nightly fee.  It sleeps 2 comfortably.  The apartment is free to family members of a resident who is passing. We know the importance of being close during this time.

  • Yes, the pet fee is $150 per month (small dogs, cats, and fish only). Animals come on a first come first serve basis, depending on the compatibility of the homes’ current pets. Cats need to be declawed before entering the home.

  • Yes, there is a Non Refundable Move In Fee: $1500 (All residents enter the home on a 30 day trial basis)

  • The price is customized to each individual depending on the assistance and level of care needed.  The cost is determined after our Home Administrator does an evaluation.

  • Yes, when there is availability we offer short stays.  Price is $300 per day. 

  • Yes, if one spouse needs services and the other spouse is Independent they can stay in a room together.  The cost of the independent spouse would be $2000 for room and board.

  • Yes, when there is availability from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.  Cost is $30/hour for Independent, $50/hour for partial assist, & $100/hour for full assist.  It's a great way to have your loved one try out the facility to see if it's a good fit for your family. 

  • Yes, we provide transportation to scheduled appointments for a fee of $65 per hour.  That fee is waived if you are in Step 3 or 4 Level of care.
